Warehouse & Retail Associate

Description:

The Warehouse & Retail Associate supports both back-of-house warehouse operations and front-of-house retail store activities. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory, fulfilling product requests, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, and assisting customers as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments Stock shelves and maintain proper product placement in both warehouse and retail areas Pick and stage products for fulfillment and restocking Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage areas Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock Assist with general warehouse upkeep, including trash removal and floor maintenance Support retail store operations as needed, including: Assisting customers with product selection Restocking shelves and displays Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor Follow all company procedures related to safety, inventory handling, and customer service Parking lot cleaning

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods Ability to work in both warehouse and retail environments

Preferred Qualifications:
