Job Description

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known Logistics warehouse in Indianapolis, IN. We are now hiring team leaders with inbound and outbound experience, who is a leader, versatile, and dependable! Team Lead 12pm-8pm, or 8am-4:30pm $23-$25 an hour
Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent Team lead with 1-2 years' experience Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multi-task Ability to Read and Write Good Organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Coordinate receiving and shipping, put-away, picking, packing, and cycle counting Track inbound and outbound shipments Prepare, review, and process shipping documents Coordinate carriers to resolve delays, shortages, or discrepancies Coordinate work assignments, priorities, and workflow with the staff Ensure compliance Be a part of improvement initiatives, processes, and inventory accuracy Resolve operational issues Any other tasks as needed
