Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Customer Service & Store Operations Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive guest experience. Accurately operate the cash register system including cash and credit transactions. Assist customers with purchases, questions, and store navigation. Maintain a welcoming and professional store environment. Inventory & Merchandising Assist with stocking merchandise and ensuring inventory levels remain adequate. Support product organization, display setup, and restocking of shelves. Participate in inventory counts and assist with product rotation when needed. Operational Support Observe and assist with daily store operations and workflow. Learn procedures related to store opening, closing, and shift transitions. Assist management with operational tasks and store projects. Safety & Compliance Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Maintain a clean and safe environment for employees and customers. Support efforts to protect company assets and maintain store security standards. Learning & Development Shadow store leadership to understand the responsibilities of retail management. Participate in meetings, training sessions, and assigned projects. Gain exposure to how Prairie Band subsidiaries operate within the larger organization. Skills and Qualifications Must have an overall GPA of 2.50 or above and either be attending college, trade school, a recent graduate, or demonstrate a strong interest in learning about retail or business operations. Preferred areas of study include Business, Management, Finance, or related fields. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
