In this role, you'll help maintain organized inventory, keep products stocked on shelves, and ensure our store runs smoothly day-to-day. Responsibilities Receive and unpack deliveries Maintain inventory organization and restock shelves as needed. Assist customers with purchases and provide excellent service. Support store operations, including tasks such as cleaning spills, assembling displays, or other duties as assigned. Operate the cash register, ensuring accurate transactions. Uphold store standards by keeping work areas clean and orderly. Requirements 21 years of age or older, with at least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service. Friendly, clean, and respectful demeanor. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, reaching overhead) throughout the shift. Must work well with others and be a team player. Comfortable with a busy, active role — this is not a sit-down position. Flexibility to work some evenings and at least every other weekend. Must have a clean record with no alcohol-related infractions (e.g., DUI). Ability to execute instructions to a T. Bonus skills (Not Required) Ability to communicate and run online profiles. Experience receiving and putting together online orders. Experience using social media in a business setting. Experience using Canva and Adobe.
