Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team! Your energy and proactive approach will ensure shelves are stocked, inventory is well-managed, and customers receive exceptional service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your organizational skills while contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Duties Load and unload shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing deliveries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, including regular cleaning, product rotation, and merchandising tasks. Support customer service efforts by answering questions about product locations or store layout in multiple languages if applicable. Perform heavy lifting safely during stocking or inventory tasks while adhering to safety standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to warehouse operations, including proper use of equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts. Collaborate with team members on stock organization, inventory audits, and maintaining a well-stocked sales floor. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred). Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records during shipping & receiving processes. Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends as needed; a proactive attitude toward teamwork is essential.
