INVENTORY LEAD
  • Supervise order fulfillment center
  • Learn and have full understanding of METRC and Blaze POS systems
  • Process vendor delivery intake, verify accuracy & documentation
  • Review and receive vendor deliveries in METRC and Blaze, label products and organize inventory in vaults
  • Work closely with management to ensure all relevant products are maintained at appropriate stock levels
  • Transfer products from storage vault as needed to fulfillment center
  • Conduct daily and monthly inventory audits in accordance with company and state guidelines and investigate / reconcile any discrepancies
  • Quarantine products management & proper waste disposal
  • Manage online menus
  • Monitor product expiration dates
  • Act as MOD if no GM or Shift lead is on duty
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues as needed
  • Assist with cash drops and getting change for staff as requested.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be highly organized and efficient. Inventory management and cannabis management experience is a plus
  • Eager to learn about cannabis industry and stays relevant with new trends
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to procedure changes
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds unassisted
