Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Stock Associate to support daily store operations. This role focuses on receiving deliveries, stocking merchandise, maintaining inventory organization, and helping keep the store clean and presentable. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and organize deliveries of grocery products Stock shelves, coolers, and storage areas with items such as rice, spices, snacks, and frozen goods Rotate products and monitor expiration dates Maintain a clean and organized backroom and sales floor Assist with basic store cleaning, including aisles, storage areas, and restrooms Support team members during busy hours as needed Follow safety procedures when handling inventory and equipment

Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Strong work ethic and reliability Basic organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, grocery, or warehouse environments Familiarity with Indian grocery products is a plus
