30A Main St, Winthrop, MA, 02152 We need an experienced, personable, honest, reliable person to join our team. A minimum of 1-year experience in a gas station (preferred), with Massachusetts lottery experience a definite asset. We will work with you, as needed, to refresh your skills. We have full time employment available, 30-35 hours per week. 2 to 3 days a week with shifts of 8-12 hours per shift.

Job responsibilities include:

Assisting customers in purchasing gas, lottery, snacks, cold drinks, tobacco products (local regulations require you be at least 21 years old) & beer, wine and liquor. Promoting sales by being cheerful, engaging and respectful of our customers. Accepting payments, checking ID's, and giving the correct change. Maintaining store interior and exterior cleanliness. Facing and fronting shelves, replenishing inventory from back-stock and rotating for freshness. Cleaning (windows, floors, bathrooms, emptying trash containers, etc.). Check in merchandise deliveries from vendors. Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork. Thanking all customers for coming in. Physical Requirements The position typically requires constant standing, bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs, and occasional lifting of up to 40 -50 lbs.
