Stock Associate PT @ National Aquarium Event Network - 3.1 Baltimore, MD Job Details Part-time $15.00 - $15.50 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Moving Employee relationship building Full Job Description Job Summary This position is responsible for keeping the inventory and stockroom organized by receiving, transferring, packing, stocking and ticketing merchandise. The Stockroom Associate complies with all e|n procedures related to data integrity and inventory control. A Stock Associate will also complete additional tasks as assigned by the Store Director. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Leadership and Team Member Results Holds self-accountable to all e|n standards of performance and behavior. Builds strong relationships with team members to align and support execution of business results. Actively pursues opportunities to promote self-development. Creates a learning environment by modeling e|n core values. Fosters Partner team member relationships to support business initiatives and growth. Complies with company personnel policies. Business and Financial Results Ensures that the correct quantity of items is received and is scanned accurately. Follows up to make sure the correct data is credited to the store. Consistently looks for methods to maximize store sales and store efficiency. Works assigned schedule. Management and Operating Results Ensures all inventory and data integrity procedures are followed. Ensures all items are ticketed properly with appropriate sku tickets. Follows and enforces company receiving procedures. Conducts cycle counts, transfers and price changes. Maintains stockroom to e|n standards of organization and housekeeping. Responsible for insuring all skus are represented on the sales floor. Accountable for completing product, operations, and merchandise knowledge training. Responsible for executing and maintaining all visual presentation directives as communicated by Store Director and SSC initiatives. Participates in all e|n initiatives and ensures sustainability. Responds and reacts to all communication in a timely manner. Performs daily tasks such as cleaning, store recovery, and merchandise placement. Follows all safety guidelines. Accountable for all Loss Prevention procedures and requirements. Guest and Partner Results Accountable to consistently demonstrate e|n Cares when assigned to the sales floor. Required to maintain full knowledge of the venue's building and its programs. Ensures a clean, organized and safe environment for guests. Follows e|n and Partner dress code guidelines. Participates in regional philanthropic activities.
