Overview Join our dynamic team as a Stocker and become a vital part of our fast-paced retail environment! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining organized, well-stocked shelves, ensuring products are readily available for customers, and supporting overall store operations. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming shopping experience while keeping the store running smoothly. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your organizational and customer service skills in a lively retail setting. Duties Stock shelves efficiently by receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise, including produce and grocery items Operate equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts to load and unload shipments safely Manage inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and updating inventory records accurately Assist with shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of products Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor to promote safety and efficiency Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and replenishing stock as needed Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, assisting with product locations, and supporting retail sales activities Skills Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse procedures Experience operating RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customers and team members Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist customers confidently Familiarity with retail math for pricing, stocking levels, and sales transactions Knowledge of grocery store operations including shipping & receiving, packaging, merchandising, cleaning, cashiering, and maintenance tasks This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail experience while contributing to a vibrant team.
