Job Description

As a Stockroom Associate, you will be the backbone of our inventory management and assembly pipeline. You will be responsible for organizing, stocking, and tracking components in our fast-paced warehouse and assembly environment. Compensation:
$16 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
Receiving & Unpacking:
Accept incoming deliveries, unpack shipments, and carefully inspect items to ensure everything arrived in pristine condition.
Kitting & Assembly Support:
Accurately issue kitted parts and specialized hardware to the assembly team to keep production running smoothly.
Inventory Control:
Inspect, log, and tag parts and merchandise to ensure precise data entry and inventory tracking.
Stockroom Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized stockroom environment so parts are always easy to locate.
Audits & Cycle Counts:
Assist with regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain total inventory accuracy.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Previous warehouse, stockroom, or retail inventory experience is a plus, but on-the-job training is fully provided!
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs unassisted). Reliable, punctual, and a great team player.
