Warehouse Associate & Product Specialist Detroit, MI | Full-Time | Management Track | Pay Based on Experience Every item that comes through our doors belongs to someone who trusted us with it. We are looking for a detail-driven, organized team member who takes pride in caring for merchandise, presenting a clean and inviting showroom, and becoming the go-to expert on what we buy, sell, and hold.

THE CORE OF THIS ROLE

Warehouse ownership — organized, clean, every item in its place Care in custody — pawned goods treated with respect and accountability Showroom merchandising — displays that are clean, stocked, and customer-ready Product knowledge — tools, electronics, jewelry and more

PRODUCT CATEGORIES YOU'LL MASTER

Power tools & hand tools — condition assessment, brand knowledge, value Electronics — phones, laptops, audio, gaming (willing to learn) General merchandise — musical instruments, sporting goods and more

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain warehouse organization — everything labeled, logged, and accessible Keep the showroom clean, well-merchandised, and visually appealing at all times Receive, tag, store, and track pawned items with care and accuracy Inspect and evaluate merchandise condition across all product categories Assist with sales floor and accurate cash transactions Deliver friendly customer service in person and by phone Perform light cleaning and upkeep to maintain a professional environment Continuously expand product knowledge across tools, electronics and more

Note:

Loan processing is a small part of this role. The heart of the job is a well-run warehouse, a sharp showroom, and deep knowledge of the merchandise in our care.
