Job Description
Join the Team at Charlie's Country Corner Truck Stop! Fick & Sons is looking for a dependable, hard-working Maintenance & Stock Associate to help keep Charlie's Country Corner Truck Stop , clean, stocked, and running smoothly for our customers and truckers on the road. In this hands-on role, you'll be an important part of our daily operations—keeping the property looking great, ensuring our fuel island is ready for customers, and making sure shelves and coolers stay fully stocked. If you enjoy staying active, working outdoors at times, and taking pride in a job well done, this could be a great fit for you. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Emptying Trash Cans Stocking Ice Pump Island Upkeep (ie: washer fluids, towels) Stock Coolers Stock Oil Grounds Maintenance & Cleanliness Propane Re-filler Service Competencies Competent in required jobs skills & knowledge; exhibits ability to learn and apply new skills. Responds promptly to customer needs and requests for service and assistance. Exhibits good listening and comprehension; keeps others adequately informed. Offers assistance and support to co-workers, working cooperatively in group situations. Punctual & Dependable - Consistently to work on time. Observes safety and security procedures. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Ability to pass a criminal background check Authorized to work in the United States.
