Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities Stock shelves efficiently by loading, unloading, and organizing products using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary Manage inventory control through regular stock checks, cycle counts, and updating inventory management systems using RF scanners Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and proper storage of incoming and outgoing merchandise Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and sales floor to promote safety and operational efficiency Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively to enhance visual appeal and promote sales Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, assisting with product location, and offering support in multiple languages if needed Perform heavy lifting safely during stock replenishment, produce handling, and packaging tasks to meet store demands Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or retail sales experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn on the job is highly valued Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and stock control Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, forklifts (certification preferred), and maintain safety standards during heavy lifting tasks Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs Knowledge of grocery store operations, shipping & receiving procedures, merchandising, and retail math is advantageous Capable of performing physical tasks including standing for long periods, lifting heavy items safely, and maintaining a clean work environment Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while honing your skills in inventory management, customer engagement, and retail operations.
