Qualifications Moving Full Job Description Job Summary:
Places sorted apparel on hangers and hangs on Z racks, tags, prices and prepares racks for transport. Directly impacts organizational sales (50% of Goodwill sales are associated with apparel sales).
Essential Functions:
Places items on hangers and hangs on Z rack. Prepares clothing racks for the store according to the store quality and pricing standards. Uses pricing machine, adhesive price tags and tagging gun to price items in accordance with store standards and Store Manager's direction. Meets or exceeds goals and standards of production and quality. Accomplishes assigned cleaning routine. Assists in the training of workers and consumers in cooperation with the Workforce Development Department staff. Education and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in sales is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Able to stand for two hours at a time over a period spanning up to eight hours. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Must be able to bend, stretch, and reach, and lift up to 40 pounds, walking or standing to a significant degree, and be able to move large boxes, furniture, and other heavy items.
