Job Description
Do you have experience working as a reset merchandiser? Are you able to work both independently and in a team? If so, this may be the right job for you. You will be stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, stocking & rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating product in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor. This position interacts with personnel at the store location and may also participate in service projects of varying size and complexity. Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with the product utilizing plan-o-grams and schematics. Break down product loads/pallets efficiently and load L-carts properly using the standard practices. Setup and load L-Carts for temporary assistance, i.e., temporary or labor-on-demand associates. Rotate all product worked every time, including product in both the backroom and on the shelf. Transport products to and from the backroom using appropriate approved carts and equipment. Use equipment appropriate for the task to move the product, following all safety procedures. Display all promotional materials with product, including shelf tags, signs, and banners. Keep back room stock in a neat and orderly condition. Customer-first orientation, greeting guests, and answering questions in a friendly manner, proactively offering assistance, and providing timely and accurate information. As we support a 364 day a year business and are busiest on weekends and holidays, flexibility and desire to work irregular/weekend hours is strongly desired.
