Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for various tasks including inventory management, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Duties Assist with inventory management and control, ensuring accurate stock levels Operate RF scanners and pallet jacks for efficient loading and unloading of products Perform heavy lifting as necessary to manage stock and merchandise Engage in shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely processing of goods Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse or store area Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and purchases Support retail sales efforts through effective merchandising techniques Participate in regular maintenance of equipment and workspaces to ensure safety standards are met Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals Experience Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in inventory control or retail environments Familiarity with operating forklifts is a plus Experience in produce handling or grocery store operations is beneficial Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for communication with diverse customers Proven ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Experience in cashiering, retail math, or sales can enhance your candidac Join our dynamic team as a Crew Member where you will contribute to a positive work atmosphere while gaining valuable experience in the retail and warehouse sectors.
