Produce Associates are responsible for delivering an exceptional Customer experience by maintaining high-quality fresh produce, creating visually appealing displays, and ensuring the department is clean, organized, and well-stocked. This role plays a key part in showcasing Kowalski's commitment to quality, freshness, and outstanding service. Guest Experience Provide friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable service to guests. Assist customers with product selection, special requests, and produce-related questions. Demonstrate a proactive, guest-first approach at all times. Product Quality & Merchandising Inspect, rotate, and cull produce to ensure freshness, appearance, and safety. Stock and replenish produce displays following company standards. Maintain visually appealing, abundant, and clean displays in line with Kowalski's merchandising expectations. Produce Associate 2x Positions available

Requirements:

Ability to work 18

• 28 hours/week Must have year-round availability . First position Must have availability to work Monday
• Sunday Early shift (6am-2pm) and mid shifts (10am-6pm) Must be able to work Sunday's Second Position Must have availability to work Monday
• Sunday Mid to late shift (11am-7pm) Weekends is a must

Store Hours:

6 am

• 10 pm Ability to be scheduled within store operating hours Comfortability with speaking to customers in an energetic and helpful manner Holiday availability Ability to work in and enjoy a fast-paced environment but also be motivated to complete tasks during down times Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask Understand that you have the power to impact customer and coworkers day in a positive way
