This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys physical work, and can effectively communicate with team members in both English and Spanish. As a Sort Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring freight is unloaded, sorted, and prepared for distribution accurately and efficiently while helping maintain a productive and positive work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead daily retail pool sort operations Unload and process up to 7,000 loose cartons per day Palletize, scan, and shrink-wrap freight accurately and efficiently Coordinate and communicate with team members in both English and Spanish Maintain productivity and accuracy in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment Promote safe work practices and assist in maintaining warehouse organization Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written communication preferred) Previous warehouse, logistics, or freight-handling experience preferred Ability to work a Sunday-Thursday schedule with a 4:00 AM start time Capable of lifting, moving, and handling freight in a physically demanding environment Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Leadership experience or the ability to lead by example in a team setting Pay & Benefits $25.00 per hour Health Insurance Vison Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) company matching HSA company matching Paid Time Off (PTO) Schedule Sunday -
