Pay Range is based on job experience. This position officially begins July 2026. Kowalski Companies is a civic business. Responsibilities include keeping our department stocked, clean and organized so that customers can easily find the products they are looking for. The ideal candidate that we are looking for will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build right relationships with both coworkers and customers to create a welcoming and helpful environment. Requirements:

Available for afternoon/closing shifts Shifts include, but are not limited to, 3 PM - 8 PM Must be available to work at least 2 out of the 3 weekend days (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday) Must be able to lift and carry between 5 and 70 pounds Ensure quality and safety of food Comfortable speaking to customers in an energetic and helpful manner Ability to work independently Interest in product knowledge so as to be able to educate customers on our product Understand that you have the power to impact customers and coworkers day in a positive way
