In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, stocking shelves, and ensuring the smooth flow of products within our facility. Your proactive approach will help maintain a well-organized environment, support retail sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. Duties Receive incoming shipments by unloading truck verifying shipment accuracy against packing lists and purchase orders. Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory movements, update stock levels, and ensure precise inventory control. Stock shelves neatly and efficiently, organizing products according to merchandising standards and store layout plans. Conduct regular inventory checks to identify discrepancies, perform cycle counts, and assist with inventory management tasks. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse by performing routine maintenance, cleaning work areas, and ensuring equipment is in good working order. Assist with packaging products for shipment or display, supporting shipping & receiving processes to ensure timely dispatches. Support retail sales efforts by replenishing stock on the sales floor, providing excellent customer service, and communicating effectively with team members in multiple languages if applicable. Experience Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with retail stocking procedures is preferred but not required; we value motivated individuals eager to learn. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and product placement. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer needs. Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail math can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
