Cashier / Customer Service Associate / Stocker

Job Summary Join our team as a Cashier, Customer Service Associate, and Stocker! In this multifaceted role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes customers, ensures smooth transactions at the register, and maintains an organized, inviting shopping environment. Whether handling sales, working in our warehouse, or stocking shelves, your energy and professionalism will drive our store's success. Responsibilities Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately and swiftly Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and answering questions Maintain a clean and functional storefront Maintain store merchandising standards by organizing shelves, displays, and promotional materials Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are neat, labeled correctly, and readily available Practice excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries Handle cash transactions with accuracy and confidence, including cash handling and basic retail math calculations Qualifications Previous experience in a retail sales environments is preferred but not required Warehouse and stock experience preferred Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures is a plus Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are an advantage for those interested in growth opportunities Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math tasks is a must Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of merchandising, stocking techniques, and store operations is beneficial Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads (up to 50lbs), and work flexible hours as needed

Pay:

$16.50 - $22.00 per hour
