We're looking for a dependable and motivated Stock Associate to join our team in Charlotte. If you take pride in staying organized and enjoy a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments and deliveries Stock shelves, displays, and sales floor merchandise accurately and efficiently Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and merchandise organization Ensure products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed according to company standards Identify damaged, misplaced, or missing merchandise and report issues promptly Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockrooms and storage areas Assist with merchandising displays, promotions, and seasonal setups Replenish merchandise throughout the day to ensure products remain available for customers Move, arrange, and organize inventory throughout the store as needed Work closely with team members to support daily store operations Follow company safety procedures and stock-handling guidelines What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays A willingness to learn and contribute to overall store success Previous experience in stocking, warehouse operations, retail, inventory management, logistics, or stockroom support is a plus—but not required.
