Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Stock Associate and become a vital part of our retail operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining organized and well-stocked sales floors, ensuring products are available and appealing to customers. Your proactive approach will help create a seamless shopping experience, supporting the store's efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your organizational skills, enhance inventory management expertise, and work in a fast-paced retail environment that values teamwork and initiative. Duties Receive, unload, and properly store incoming merchandise using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary Maintain accurate inventory control through regular stock counts and updates using RF scanners and inventory management systems Restock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are correctly labeled, faced, and organized for optimal presentation Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying shipments against purchase orders and processing returns or damaged goods Support merchandising efforts by setting up displays, organizing stockrooms, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, safe, and inviting Collaborate with team members to ensure proper packaging of products for shipment or customer pickup Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers in locating items, answering product questions, and supporting retail sales initiatives Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning work areas, organizing stockrooms, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Experience Previous warehouse experience or retail stocking background preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued Familiarity with inventory management systems, RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and shipping & receiving procedures is a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate stock control and product placement Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Basic retail math skills for handling transactions, inventory counts, and stock calculations This role is paid and offers an engaging environment where your energy makes a difference!
