We're looking for a dependable and motivated Stock Associate to join our team in Charlotte. About the Role As a Stock Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring merchandise is received, organized, stocked, and readily available for customers. Your efforts will help maintain efficient store operations and create a positive shopping experience. What You'll DoInventory & Stock Management Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments and deliveries Stock shelves, displays, and sales floor merchandise accurately and efficiently Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items to management Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and merchandise organization Ensure products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed Identify and report damaged, misplaced, or missing merchandise Maintain inventory accuracy and organized stockroom operations Store Operations & Support Keep stockrooms, storage areas, and workspaces clean, organized, and safe Replenish merchandise throughout the day to ensure product availability Assist with merchandising displays, promotional setups, and seasonal transitions Move, arrange, and organize inventory throughout the store as needed Support team members during busy periods and peak business hours Help maintain a professional, customer-ready store environment General Responsibilities Follow company safety procedures and stock-handling guidelines Maintain high standards of organization and store presentation Safely operate stock-handling equipment when trained and authorized Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs throughout shifts Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Willingness to learn and grow within the company Previous experience in stocking, warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, retail, or stockroom support is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for motivated candidates.
