Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Stock Associate and become a vital part of our retail environment! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining organized stock areas, ensuring products are accurately stocked and readily available for customers. Your proactive approach will help optimize inventory flow, support sales initiatives, and create a seamless shopping experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your organizational skills while contributing to a vibrant retail atmosphere. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring accuracy and safety. Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas efficiently, maintaining proper product placement and signage. Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movement and update stock records accurately. Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and audits to identify discrepancies or damages. Support shipping and receiving activities by preparing packages, labeling products, and managing outgoing deliveries. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and stockroom areas to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to merchandise products effectively, enhance visual displays, and support sales initiatives. Provide excellent customer service by assisting store staff with product location or inventory-related inquiries when needed. Requirements Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management systems is preferred. Ability to operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other warehouse equipment safely. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock accuracy. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for communicating effectively with diverse teams or customers. Experience in retail sales, grocery stores, or customer service roles is advantageous. Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive attitude toward teamwork and safety protocols. Knowledge of retail math, merchandising techniques, shipping & receiving procedures, and general store maintenance practices will set you apart. Pay:
$22.91 - $27.59 per hour
