This role is vital in maintaining the quality and freshness of our dairy products, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. As a Dairy Associate, you will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities Ensure the dairy section is well-stocked and organized. Monitor product freshness and quality, removing expired items as necessary. Assist customers with inquiries about dairy products and provide recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dairy area. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals. Participate in inventory management and restocking processes. Adhere to company policies regarding food safety and handling. Provide excellent customer service at all times. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in retail or grocery preferred but not required.
