Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Stock Clerk at ADC, you are the final checkpoint for our products before they reach the customer. You will manage the flow of materials in our warehouse, from receiving raw supplies to coordinating the complex loading of outbound shipments. This role requires a blend of physical oversight and administrative precision, ensuring that every truck is loaded safely, every document is accurate, and every safety protocol is followed to the letter.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Logistics Coordination:
Managing shipping and receiving activities based on priority invoices and orders.
Strategic Loading:
Determining space requirements and positioning shipments in trucks to ensure safety and maximize efficiency.
Quality & Compliance:
Maintaining precise documentation (BOLs, Travelers, and Labels) and performing packaging quality checks to support our ISO-certified quality system.
Equipment Oversight:
Inspecting and maintaining material handling equipment to ensure a safe, functional work environment.
Problem Resolution:
Identifying and resolving work problems independently or in collaboration with the team.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
Background in warehouse logistics, stock management, or shipping and receiving.
Operational Agility:
Advanced ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Focus:
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building professional relationships and motivating team members.
Detail-Oriented Mindset:
Exceptional commitment to high productivity and data accuracy.
QMS Awareness:
Ability to understand and follow the Quality Management System (QMS) and its impact on the organization.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, machinery, and varying temperatures.
