In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently stocking, organizing, and maintaining the cooler and surrounding areas within our retail environment. Your proactive approach will ensure that products are well-presented, inventory levels are accurately managed, and the shopping experience remains positive for our customers. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in inventory management, warehouse operations, and customer service while contributing to a lively retail atmosphere. Responsibilities Stock and replenish cooler items, ensuring products are organized and visually appealing Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory levels and update stock records Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse and store areas Maintain inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and verifying product accuracy Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading deliveries efficiently Support merchandising efforts by arranging products according to store standards and promotional plans Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and safety checks on equipment and storage areas to ensure a safe environment for all team members Experience Previous warehouse experience or retail stocking background preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control processes Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customers Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is desirable but not mandatory; certification can be provided if needed Knowledge of grocery store operations, produce handling, or retail sales can enhance performance in this role Join us as a Cooler Man stocking and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
