Job Description

Duties:
  • stocking out children's clothes and filling displays with merchandise
  • Perform inventory control activities, such as restocking
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist customers with retail sales inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Possible operate cash register for sales transactions
  • Handling merchandise from tagging station.
Organizing apparel by size and gender. Then taking the sorted apparel to the floor. This involves grabbing some containers (18 Gallon) and taking that apparel to floor.
Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of retail math for inventory management
  • Ability to lift objects and perform physical tasks, as stocking may involve heavy lifting. Able to bend down frequently, squat down and reach above head often.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and work effectively with team members
  • Previous experience in inventory is a plus
