Job Description

Truly off-grid in the Nebraska countryside, the first Dormie Network club spans 300+ acres of pure golf. You'll be surprised by this club, found down a dirt road and surrounded by cornfields and prairie. The 18th green features a drive-through silo along the South Table Creek and historic Arbor Day Farm is just a short hike away.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As part of the Golf Operations team, your essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Promptly assist members and guests with merchandise and booking inquiries. Check in members and guests, assign golf carts, and maintain appropriate logs. Assist members and guests with merchandise questions and purchases. Process transactions and maintain the front counter. Ensure merchandise displays are organized and maintained to presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf shop. Handle member requests in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Assist with merchandise inventory as needed. Support other areas of the club as needed to ensure seamless operations. Maintain personal appearance standards and wear assigned uniforms. Adheres to all Dormie Network's policies, procedures and service standards. Work collaboratively with all employees to support an efficient and positive team environment. Consistently greet members, guests, and fellow employees with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a willingness to help.
WHO YOU ARE
Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Exhibits strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Manages time effectively and balances multiple responsibilities. Applies basic analytical and problem-solving skills. Performs well in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment. Accurately follows written and verbal instructions. Works independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software. Maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Ability to bend, stretch, twist, and turn. Ability to visually inspect merchandise items and member equipment for cleanliness and presentation. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to communicate effectively with others.
