Produce Associate

Position Details 15-25 hours per week (part-time opportunities available) Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays as needed Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications What You'll Do As a Produce Clerk, you'll play an important role in keeping our department fresh, full, and inviting for customers.

Responsibilities include:

Stocking, rotating, and merchandising fresh fruits and vegetables Creating attractive displays that showcase product quality and freshness Packaging and preparing produce for sale Assisting customers with product questions and recommendations Maintaining department cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Receiving, unloading, and storing produce deliveries Monitoring product quality and removing damaged or unsellable items Working collaboratively with team members to keep the department running smoothly Safely lifting and moving boxes, crates, and produce shipments What We're Looking For Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods Previous grocery, produce, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Why Work at McKinnon's?
