Key Objective(s): The main purpose of the ADdress Back of House Associate Team Lead is: To responsibility direct the daily activities of the Back of House team for the ADdress.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy in completion of all warehouse activities from staffing for shipment days, ensuring accuracy of documents received and entered in the computer system. Communicate and verify all discrepancies and update The Address leadership of any issues. Quality control (checking for damaged product). Assist staff by helping with the opening of boxes, separating the product out by which location it goes to. Count the product and fill out accompanying paperwork needed for second stage receiving and organize product according to its required destination. Apply price tags to all products. Bin product in proper locations in the distribution center. Re-organizing existing items in the warehouse to make room for new items and large shipments or to prioritize the items according to need. Perform inventories and Cycle Counts. Direct Back of House team members to deliver product to the correct locations throughout the ERC. Adhere to all safety policies to ensure personal safety, the safety of guests and fellow coworkers Maintain the cleanliness of the Warehouse. Ability to understand a planogram for design layout. Keep the Shopify backend, variants, prices, and inventory up to date. Troubleshoot brand spreadsheets, clean them if necessary, and upload them to Shopify Fix upload errors (CSV issues, variant limits, SKU conflicts, images/formatting). Use Shopify imports, bulk tools, and approved apps. Work with store managers to make sure collections and inventory are ready in a timely manner to go to the sales floor. Watch for backend issues and fix them quickly. Be able to communicate clearly with brand owners when backend issues arise. Work in a fast-paced environment and have good communication skills. Must answer managers phone calls. Other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age. High School diploma or equivalent 2+ years retail experience 1+ years of supervisory experience Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with retail team members Ability to resolve and remedy guest complaints, concerns, and questions Strong verbal and written communication Must have retail/merchandising knowledge Must have outstanding written/verbal communication.
