Stock Room Assistant

As a Stock Room Assistant, you will be an essential part of a customer service driven team, a go-to person to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of maintaining an organized and well-stocked store environment for both employees and customers.

Inspect items for quality, quantity, and any damages or discrepancies. Report any issues or discrepancies to the store manager per policy. Stock & Inventory Management Ensure efficient and organized storage of merchandise in the stockroom. Properly tag items for security Rotate stock to maintain freshness and minimize damage. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular stock counts. Team Collaboration Collaborate with the store team to meet customer needs and assist with customer inquiries Assist with special projects, such as seasonal inventory changes and store displays. Provide support to your colleagues in the store floor, helping with replenishment and fulfil sizes and other items requests Stock Replenishment Restock merchandise on the sales floor as needed to maintain an appealing shopping environment. Collaborate with sales associates to ensure merchandise availability on the sales floor. Maintenance and Cleanliness Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and free from safety hazards. Perform routine maintenance check and reporting
