to 2023 | New York / Nationwide Practice A leading AmLaw 100 firm is looking to add a talented Capital Markets Associate to its growing team. The practice advises issuers, underwriters, placement agents, investors, and other market participants on a broad range of public and private securities transactions. This is a strong opportunity to work closely with highly regarded partners on sophisticated capital markets transactions, including: Public and private securities offerings Debt and equity capital markets transactions Investment grade and high yield debt offerings IPOs, follow ons, and ATM programs Private placements and Rule 144A / Reg S offerings Exchange offers, tender offers, and liability management transactions SEC reporting, disclosure, and corporate governance matters
Requirements:
J.D. class of 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023 Capital markets, securities, public company advisory, or financing experience Experience at an AmLaw 200 firm or comparable platform preferred Strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills Commercial, responsive, and comfortable in a fast paced transactional environment Confidential enquiries welcome.
