Role Overview:
A leading global asset manager is looking to add a Senior Associate to its Investment Guideline Oversight team, supporting a broad range of private markets strategies. Responsibilities Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of investment guidelines across public and private markets strategies Utilize BlackRock Aladdin Compliance Workbench to perform pre- and post-trade compliance monitoring, including rule interpretation, alert review, and breach investigation Review and interpret client mandates, prospectuses, LPAs, and side letters, translating requirements into actionable compliance rules and monitoring processes Partner with Portfolio Managers, Trading, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure alignment of investment activity with applicable restrictions Investigate and resolve compliance alerts and exceptions, escalating issues where necessary and driving timely remediation Perform ongoing and periodic portfolio reviews, leveraging portfolio data, financial statements, and internal systems Qualifications 5+ years of experience within asset management, private markets, Aladdin, or a related field Exposure to private equity, private credit, or alternative investment strategies
