Responsibilities Stock and merchandise dairy products efficiently on shelves, ensuring accurate placement and attractive displays Manage inventory control by conducting regular stock checks using RF scanners and inventory management systems Assist customers with product questions, offering friendly service and product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely for loading, unloading, and transporting dairy items within the warehouse or store Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including cleaning shelves, packaging stations, and storage spaces to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met Support shipping & receiving processes by loading and unloading shipments accurately and efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure proper stocking levels, organize produce sections, and support overall merchandising efforts Experience Previous warehouse experience or retail grocery store background preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods while handling dairy products or related supplies Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and product presentation Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is desirable; certification is a plus but not mandatory Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards Join us as a Dairy Associate where your energy, organizational skills, and dedication will help us deliver fresh products with exceptional service.
