Production Lead

Our client is currently seeking or in need of a Production Lead in Robbinsville, New Jersey, for a hands-on warehouse leadership opportunity with a steady Monday through Friday schedule. This position pays $19.00 per hour and offers two shift options: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a sharp eye for productivity and quality, and the ability to support daily warehouse operations while helping guide department personnel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example, solving problems in real time, and helping keep warehouse workflow running like a machine that actually wants to cooperate.

The Day-to-Day:

Assist in coordinating and monitoring the daily activities of department personnel Support warehouse operations as needed, including pick/pack, receiving, locating, and shipping Help schedule personnel and assist with resolving operational issues Support the development of work procedures, assign tasks, and help move workflow efficiently through the department Monitor warehouse productivity and help maintain performance expectations Train team members on new and existing

standards and company procedures Research inventory and stock issues and help implement timely solutions Coach employees on productivity, quality, and department-related matters when needed Complete and maintain required

documentation, department records, and company reports Participate in department meetings and communicate updates clearly with staff Promote a strong quality-driven environment and maintain compliance with

requirements Work alongside the team to ensure daily goals, deadlines, and operational standards are met

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Previous group lead or supervisory experience preferred Ability to clearly explain department tasks to employees with different skill levels and experience Working knowledge of

procedures and warehouse documentation standards Strong math, reading, and clerical abilities Solid prioritization and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and produce consistent results Comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on warehouse work Strong communication skills and the ability to support a team-focused environment

Pay Rate:

$19.00 per hour
