Retail Stocker

Responsibilities Stock shelves efficiently by unloading shipments Conduct inventory control by monitoring stock levels, and performing regular stock counts Organize packaged products, individual items, and other merchandise to ensure attractive displays that meet merchandising standards Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks while maintaining safety protocols Maintain cleanliness of the store environment through routine cleaning, packaging supplies, and organizing storage areas Support customer service efforts by helping shoppers locate products, answering questions, and providing friendly assistance Operate retail math skills for accurate pricing, labeling, and cashiering when needed Collaborate with team members on stocking schedules, inventory management tasks, and store maintenance to ensure smooth operations Use communication skills to coordinate with team members across departments for efficient workflow Experience Previous warehouse or retail experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with inventory management systems Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of stocking duties Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and store presentation Multilingual or bilingual abilities are beneficial for serving diverse customer bases Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment Join us in delivering exceptional shopping experiences through efficient stocking, friendly service, and meticulous store upkeep.
