Responsibilities Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are optimized through accurate ordering, purchasing, and stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize sales. Manage pricing strategies and merchandising displays to attract customers and promote high-margin products. Implement effective inventory control measures to reduce shrinkage and ensure product availability. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing shopper inquiries promptly and professionally. Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase store traffic and sales performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies related to merchandising, stocking, and store cleanliness. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication skills, leadership, and team management practices. Skills Proven experience in retail Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued for diverse customer engagement. Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations. Demonstrated expertise in merchandising, pricing strategies, stock replenishment, and inventory control techniques. Leadership qualities that inspire teams through coaching, supervision, and performance feedback. Organizational skills that enable efficient shift scheduling, time management, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping or payroll processing.
