Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Stocker to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring products are properly stocked, stored, The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in inventory management within a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus to assist diverse customer and team interactions. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in inventory control, shipping and receiving, and retail operations. Responsibilities Stock shelves and storage areas with products, ensuring proper merchandising and organization Assist with packaging, labeling Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the retail space Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying incoming shipments Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment to prevent shortages Provide excellent customer service by assisting store or warehouse visitors as needed Communicate effectively with team members regarding stock levels, product locations, and safety procedures Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools Requirements Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and stock management Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse customer interactions Knowledge of retail sales processes, merchandising, shipping & receiving procedures, and grocery store operations is beneficial Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting This position offers a dynamic work environment where your skills in inventory management, customer service, and operational support will be valued. Pay:
