Job Description

Job Overview The Educator's main role is to effectively educate our clients on the PLN mission, our values, and our product. Our goal is for clients to leave our stores having learned something, whether or not they made a purchase. You will create an honest conversation about health, wellness, and nutrition, empowering clients to make informed decisions. This role takes the guesswork out of clients' meal planning, creating an exceptional client experience. The Educator is crucial to our company, authentically sharing our culture and brand with their community.
Floor Duties:
Create excitement and fun for our clients on the retail floor. Stock and inventory products received from production (e.g., boxing, counting, restocking, organizing, and distributing). Assist in preparing the store for the day (tasks assigned from Key Leads through the Daily Sheet). Answer phone inquiries. Ensure stock replenishment in retail refrigerators. Replenish items from the shake bar. Prepare shakes for clients. Communicate with the leadership team about product integrity issues. Complete assigned cleanup, opening, and closing duties. Utilize the Point of Sale system, process payments, and issue gift cards. Prepare alterations for client plans through our back-end operating system. Unpack boxes for inventory (10-50 lbs). Perform additional projects, duties, and assignments as directed by the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Requirements
