Pay Rate Starting at: Level $16.60-$17.20/ hr Rates of pay are determined by previous experience and labor contract seniority.

SUMMARY The mission of all Tops associates is to adhere to the Tops vision of providing a friendly neighborhood store that saves the customer time and money. Associate must possess full knowledge of all dairy/frozen food items, including location. Associate is also responsible for receiving and processing product, as well as stocking shelves, while maintaining a clean department. Associate is responsible for providing attentive and courteous customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations as well as company policies regarding Dairy/Frozen Food operations, safety, and sanitation Adhere to company policy through proper receiving, handling, storing and stocking of product Maintain proper shelf, case and display conditions, including stocking, cleaning, straightening, and rotating product Adhere to shelf management as it applies to following plan-o-gram layouts and new/discontinued items Ensure that the coolers, freezers and cases are at proper temperature and in working condition Follow direction of Dairy/Frozen Manager and MOD, inform appropriate people if any problems arise Assist with bagging/cashing at front end (if needed)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years of age to perform certain functions/tasks

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions Possess basic computer skills Possess strong communication skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS EQUIPMENT USED
