In this essential role, you will be the backbone of our store's inventory operations, ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and ready to serve our customers with excellence. Your energy and attention to detail will help create a welcoming shopping environment while maintaining efficient stock management. This position offers valuable experience in retail operations, logistics, and customer service. Duties Manage inventory levels by receiving shipments, unloading trucks, and stock replenishment using RF scanners and pallet jacks Maintain accurate inventory control through regular stock counts and organization of products on shelves and in storage areas Assist customers with product location, provide friendly customer service, and support retail sales efforts Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and merchandising of products to enhance visual appeal and facilitate easy shopping. Keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe by adhering to maintenance protocols and safety standards Experience Previous warehouse experience or retail stocking background preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners is advantageous Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools safely Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks with precision Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory accuracy and store presentation Experience working in grocery stores or retail environments is beneficial but not mandatory Join us as a Stocker where your proactive approach will directly impact our store's success!
