About the Role As a Stock Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting daily store operations by receiving shipments, organizing inventory, stocking merchandise, and ensuring products are readily available for customers. Your attention to detail and efficiency will help create a smooth shopping experience. What You'll DoInventory & Stock Management Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments and deliveries Stock shelves, displays, and sales floor merchandise accurately and efficiently Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and merchandise organization Ensure products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed Identify and report damaged, misplaced, or missing merchandise Maintain inventory accuracy and support stockroom organization Store Operations & Team Support Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockrooms and storage areas Replenish merchandise throughout the day to ensure product availability Assist with merchandising displays, promotions, and seasonal setups Move, arrange, and organize inventory throughout the store as needed Collaborate with team members to support daily store operations Help maintain a professional and customer-ready sales floor General Responsibilities Follow company safety procedures and stock-handling guidelines Maintain high standards of organization and store presentation Safely operate stock-handling equipment when trained and authorized Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs throughout shifts Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Willingness to learn and grow within the company Previous experience in stocking, warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, retail, or stockroom support is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for motivated candidates.
