Full-time Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and organized Bilingual Team Lead to support daily operations in our luggage warehouse. This role plays a key part in ensuring workflow efficiency, maintaining productivity standards, and supporting both team members and supervisors in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor workflow and process efficiency within the warehouse Effectively delegate tasks to team members to meet operational goals Ensure team compliance with time-on-task and productivity standards Assist with training and onboarding of new warehouse staff Support quick resolution of operational issues or disruptions Provide general assistance to supervisors as needed to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lead by example and delegate effectively Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving luggage Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities or tasks
Shifts:
Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm Weekend Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6am-6pm
Work Environment:
This role involves working in a warehouse setting and requires physical activity, including standing for extended periods and handling luggage of varying sizes and weights.
