Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Stock Associate and become a vital part of our retail operation! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, organizing stock, and ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and inviting for customers. Your proactive approach will help create a seamless shopping experience, supporting both the store's efficiency and customer satisfaction. All roles are paid positions, offering valuable experience in retail and warehouse operations. Duties Receive, unload, and process shipments using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts to ensure efficient stock handling Organize and replenish merchandise on shelves, displays, and storage areas while maintaining proper inventory control Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock audits to prevent shrinkage and discrepancies Support shipping and receiving activities by preparing packages, labeling products, and managing inbound/outbound logistics Assist with merchandising efforts by setting up attractive product displays that promote sales and enhance store appearance Maintain cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor to ensure a safe and organized environment Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about product locations or availability in multiple languages if applicable Experience Previous warehouse experience or retail stocking background preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with inventory management systems, RF scanners, and warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts is advantageous Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail math is beneficial but not mandatory Demonstrated commitment to maintaining safety standards and cleanliness in work areas Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
