Retail Stock Assistant

We are currently hiring Retail Stock Assistants to join a fast-paced retail team in Dayton, Ohio. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy staying active, working in an organised environment and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy store. As a Retail Stock Assistant, you'll play an important role behind the scenes by ensuring shelves are fully stocked, deliveries are processed efficiently and the store remains clean, organised and ready for customers throughout the day.

Immediate starts available Key Responsibilities Your day-to-day duties may include: Replenishing stock on shelves and maintaining product availability Organising stockrooms and storage areas efficiently Assisting with deliveries, unloading stock and checking inventory Ensuring products are correctly displayed and presented Supporting inventory counts and stock rotation procedures Keeping warehouse and shop floor areas clean and safe Assisting customers with locating products when needed Working closely with team members during busy periods Following store health, safety and security procedures at all times What We're Looking For No extensive experience is required — we value reliability, a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Hardworking and dependable with good timekeeping Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Physically able to stay active and lift stock when required Organised with good attention to detail Team-oriented with a positive attitude Flexible to work evenings, weekends and varying shifts Able to work independently and follow instructions effectively Previous experience in retail, warehouse, stock replenishment, logistics or customer service is beneficial, but not essential as full training is provided.
