We buy, sell, & trade of LEGO products as well as 3rd party products. We are seeking a friendly, motivated Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a passion for LEGO, and the ability to create a welcoming shopping environment. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and ensuring the sales floor is well-maintained. The Sales Associate will play a key role in driving sales through upselling and merchandising while providing exceptional service to our diverse clientele. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and cashiering duties Educate customers about features and benefits of merchandise Upsell products and suggest complementary items to increase sales opportunities Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking activities Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organizing the sales floor Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction Support supervising staff in training new team members and maintaining store standards Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times Experience Prior experience in retail sales is preferred Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math is advantageous Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and upselling techniques effectively Strong communication skills with an emphasis on friendly phone etiquette Supervising experience is beneficial for leadership opportunities within the team Previous experience in merchandising, stocking, or cashiering roles will support success in this position This Sales Associate role offers an engaging environment where excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude are valued.
