Schedule:

Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service at the sales counter Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with product inquiries Process counter sales transactions Load and unload delivery trucks Assist with inventory management and stock organization Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store and warehouse area Work closely with team members to ensure daily operations run smoothly Lift up to 50 lbs. independently and team lift heavier items as needed Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in retail, warehouse, customer service, or a related environment preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work in a warehouse/store setting and perform physical duties Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday Valid driver's license preferred Candidates age 21+ are strongly preferred, as future delivery opportunities may be available after permanent hire Mature and motivated candidates under 21 will also be considered Benefits Upon Permanent Hire Exceptional health insurance coverage at affordable rates for employees and families $20,000 Life Insurance and AD&D coverage Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) 401(k) Plan with Profit Sharing Paid Time Off (PTO) Holiday Pay Discount Dental and Vision Plan Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance Section 125 (Cafeteria) Plan Workers' Compensation Coverage Why Apply?
